Imagination Yoga for Kids (5 - 10 yrs)
This kids yoga program for 5 - 10 year olds is based on the Imagination Yoga Curriculum! We go on yoga adventures that stretch our minds and bodies, practice mindfulness, learn how to calm down and cultivate kindness. We'll also play games, read books and do activities that support social / emotional well-being.
No experience necessary! Please pack a water bottle. Children’s yoga mats will be provided.
