This kids yoga program for 5 - 10 year olds is based on the Imagination Yoga Summer Camp Curriculum! We will go on yoga adventures that stretch our minds and bodies, practice mindfulness, learn how to be the Captains of Calm and cultivate kindness. We'll also play games, read books and do art projects and activities that support social / emotional wellbeing.
Please pack a snack and water bottle. Children’s yoga mats will be provided.
